Shipping policy

Processing time takes 2-6 business days after you placed your order..
All customers MUST DOUBLE CHECK their name and address before checking out. If your package is sent back to us because of an address error, you will be responsible for the extra shipping cost. Always provide the correct email in order for you to receive updates on your orders.
If any delays please contact us by email hermosabcosmetics@gmail.com with your full name and tracking number. WE NO LONGER ANSWER DMs on Instagram about orders due to customers privacy. 

PLEASE understand delays will happen. PLEASE CONTACT THE POST OFFICE. We are not responsible for any damage, lost, or stolen goods.
